CAS(E) this Sketch #30

This is one of the cards I made using the sketch challenge found HERE.  The first card I made using this challenge can be found HERE.  Two completely different styles but of course I had to use the new washi tape again.

By the way, to make the circle embellishments, I just put a piece of washi tape down on Whisper White card stock and punched it out using the 1/2" circle punch.  The "flower" washi tape was too narrow, so I carefully taped two pieces side by side and then punched.

Anniversary Invitation

My husband's parents are celebrating their fiftieth wedding anniversary at the end of August.  They are sending most of their invitations via email but there are some guests that are receiving the traditional mailed out invitation.  I made a number of samples that my mother-in-law could choose from and this is what she chose.  Actually she saw this one (see below) .....

....... but wanted it in navy and green as those are the colours she is using on the tables - in the napkins and centerpieces.   So that's what I came up with.

Ink:  Night of Navy
Accessories:  1/8" Old Olive Ribbon 

Second card has the same supplies but Marina Mist card stock, ink and ribbon.

My Friend

Here is another set, My Friend, that I just had to get from the new 2011-2012 Idea Book and Catalogue.   There are soooo many sets that I just had to get but I still limited myself.  LOL.  I am having a great time trying them all out.  Unfortunately there just isn't enough time in the day.  And of course I don't want to neglect my children.  ;)
