June Stamp Club Card
I am sorry that you cannot see some of the details on the card. The camera seems to have a hard time taking a picture of so much white plus the photographer isn't so skilled to figure out what can be done to correct it. :( What you cannot see is that the Wildflower Meadow background stamp was stamped in VersaMark and them embossed with Clear Embossing Powder. The matching embossing folder was used to raise the stamped image. Next, colour the one flower with markers, stamp again and cut out.
I am not sure to whom I'm supposed to give credit for this card idea since you can find a bunch of designs like this one on Splitcoaststampers.
Supplies:
Stamps: Wildflower Meadow
Paper: Wisteria Wonder, Whisper White
Ink: Garden Green and Wisteria Wonder Markers, Versamark
Accessories: Clear Embossing Powder, Wisteria Wonder Ribbon, Dimensionals, Wildflower Meadow Embossing Folder, Edge Distresser
Thanks for stopping by.
CAS(E) this Sketch #30
On the weekend I was able to find some time to stamp and pulled out the new
Stampin' Up background stamp, Wildflower Meadow. I also used the new
DSP and washi tape (love that stuff). I happened upon the Thursday
sketch challenge (CAS(E) this Sketch) and was able to make two cards. You can find the
second card HERE or just scroll down.
For
the main panel, I coloured the flowers with Pink Pirouette marker and
then over top of that with the Melon Mambo marker leaving the edges
pink. I used the Old Olive marker for the stem and leaves.
You can find the sketch and more wonderful examples HERE.
Supplies:
Stamps: Wildflower Meadow, Create a Cupcake (happy birthday)
Paper: Gingham Garden DSP, Melon Mambo, Whisper White, Old Olive
Ink: Melon Mambo, Melon Mambo, Old Olive and Pink Pirouette Markers
Accessories: Gingham Garden Washi Tape
Thanks for stopping by.
