Happy Birthday!

Today my oldest boy is turning 8 years old!! It is hard to believe that these last eight years have flown by so quickly. When you are getting up at night to feed the baby or in the midst of the toddler years, you think it will never end. But somehow time passes. He is totally psyched that it is his birthday today. He could hardly go to sleep last night. He opened his birthday presents this morning, and he chose to go to Wendy's for lunch today and hotdogs for supper (plus I said he didn't have to do any homework today). If I were 8, that sounds like a pretty good day!

Here are two birthday cards in celebration....

Color Renovation!!

Thought some of you might be interested in this.....

This week Stampin' Up! announced a Color Renovation! This means that they are retiring some of their current colors, bringing back some of the past In Colors, and introducing some BRAND NEW COLORS. There will also be five new In Colors as well. All in time for the new catalogue in July!! I love the colors and combinations they have come up with!

Here are the current colors that will retire in June:

Since it is hard to read the names, I will list them for you:

pink passion, pixie pink, pale plum, orchid opulence, lovely lilac, lavender lace,

almost amethyst, bordering blue, brocade blue, ballet blue, brilliant blue, taken with teal,

glorious green, handsome hunter, sage shadow, mellow moss, green galore, gable green,

barely banana, summer sun, yoyo yellow, apricot appeal, only orange really rust,

ruby red, cameo coral, blush blossom, creamy caramel, close to cocoa and going gray.

As of July, here are what the four new color collections will look like:

These color charts are a bit small but I couldn't get them any bigger. Sorry about that.
